Hat for Vertical garden pinwheel

i love the  Vertical garden pinwheel but my issue is the bearing is naked and rust quite fast . so i make a little hat for it!

the biger version is more apealing since its large as the turbine.
its my first thing in free cad so hu its kinda junk.
