Lego train bogey system

NOTE: If the axle is running roughly in the bogey, try filing the top of the hole to smooth out the overhang, or print the updated V2 variation!

NOTE: You may need to adjust the scaling of the axle depending on the properties of your filament. It may be too tight or too loose, and you may need to print it a few times to get it right

This is a set of custom designed parts to let you create bogeys for lego train cars.

The couplers are intended to fit 10 x 3mm round magnets, but the project files are included, for possible modification to fit different size magnets. It's also possible to connect cars without magnets, with the included magnetless “coupling bar”.

One extra part is needed for assembly. You need to add an injection molded lego technic pin to the top. This is to allow the bogey to be printable on its top, and because the pin is nearly unprintable, since it breaks constantly.

I suggest you print the wheels with randomised seams to improve ride quality.
