Emco Maximat Super 11 Lathe Change Gears

Change gears for Emco Super 11. There is also a stand for storage.

Here are the print parameters I used, change as you see fit. I printed them one at a time to avoid any stringing/blobs on the outside of the gears.

• PLA
• 5 perimeters
• 30% gyroid infill

Design notes:

Module 1
19mm bore
.1mm backlash
.5mm root fillet
.5mm chamfer on teeth (OD of gear)
4.05mm wide keyway x 12mm from center
9m thick w/ 1mm boss 33mm OD w/ 1mm chamfer, some smaller gears have a smaller boss
