Install the probe mount to the gantry first then install the probe. I suggest printing the shim and installing between mount and probe prior to testing. You may want to adjust shim thickness in your slicer depending on hotend/nozzle setup. The mount has recessed slots setup for m3 hardware. I wanted upgraded cooling would be a easy swap with minimal rewiring, and room to upgrade to a automatic bed leveling probe. 

  • I printed in PLA (elegoo galaxy purple) at 0.2 layer height with 20% infill
  • M3 hardware for Probe mounts (rest was stock)
    • (2)Bolts
    • (2) Washers
    • (2) Nuts

I used the printing orientation as attached and painted supports as shown. 

It seems to be holding up well but I do plan on printing in PETG if it warps overtime.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

I'm adding a mount for CR touch w/ shims to account for nozzle height. My remixed design  was too short for my stock setup. I suggest printing the shim and installing between mount and probe prior to testing CR touch mount. You may want to adjust shim thickness depending on hotend nozzle setup.
