I wanted a tighter fit between the segments so I redrew these. They're made for a 58.75mm hex so there is about 2mm of total play in any direction. Not enough to allow the tiles to move much, but enough to keep them from binding.
The connector tab is only 0.1mm smaller than the hole. I had a couple of them that needed a little scraping to fit. The inside corner is probably where the problem lies if you run into the same issue.
I added a relief to the inside corners to account for bad punching of the cardboard.
Added a box for storage.

On two of the twelve I printed the tab saw slightly oversized to the hole. A quick scrape/deburr was all it took to get a clean fit.
