I used OnShape to create this model. For each face, the diameter of the pips are adjusted to ratio 1/(n^(⅓)) so that the volume lost for the pips is the same across all faces. You can find the model on OnShape and copy/modify it if you like. Uploaded here is a model where the “one” pip is 45% of the side length. Print at close to 100% infill for best weight and balance.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
