Miata NC Seat Belt relocate

For shorter folks keeps the seat belt strap off your neck. Fusion360, step and stl included. I used #6 tapered screws. It does not allow belt retraction as well as factory, but it works pretty good. Nothing special in printing required. I used ASA.
