AC C14 Mount for MeanWell AC/DC supply

This is a simple touch protection for use with a Meanwell RD-65A/B frame power supply.

Print it with the cutout for the Plug Socket facing down. Your printer schould be able to print bridges with appox spanning 30 mm. If it doesn't look so nice, it's inside and you won't see it ;-)

The parts I've used are:

• Cold appliance receptable + fuse + switch
• MeanWell RD-65A

Keep the wires as short as possible connect them first to the supply, then to the plug receptable. It can be done the other way round, but it is quite fiddling.

For easy attachment to a base plate, use M3 standard size heat inserts, like the one from CNC kitchen. Use 4 mm drill only for marking with the drill guide. Drill holes with 3.2 mm for M3 screws.
