Ender 3 dial gauge holder

I really liked the idea of kyoday's original design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3029416), but I wasn't sure if it could fit my printer with the "Ender 3 Vent Ring" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2912394) attached. So I redraw it in Creo Parametric 1.0 and changed some minor things.

It should fit all three Vent Rings, but I only tested it with the ''short Version". The original author claims, that it should fit the CR-10 / CR-10 mini. (Sadly I don't have these printers to verify this statement...)

Changes from the original:

• bottom right corner
• the hole for the dial gauge got tapered
• the "bridge" between top and bottom now needs less material 

UPDATE (15.11.2019):

• improved stiffness
• improved for printing filaments with lower layer adhesion
• looks cooler ;)
