M18 Phone Charger

This is a simple fast charger attachment that clips on most if not all Milwaukee M18 Batteries. It has a mini toggle to switch the charger off when not in use.

Hardware.

• m2x6 Screws (any similar small screw should work or just use glue) for attaching relay (Qty. 2)
• m3x20 machine screws (Qty. 4)
• m3x6x5 melt-in thread inserts (Qty. 4)
• Mini toggle Switch
• XY Mosfet
• Fast charge USB 12v-24v panel mounted socket
• Non-insulated male spade connectors (Qty. 2)
• Wire (yep that's right)

Instructions

The wiring is pretty straightforward. the toggle switch is hotwired to the permanently hot side of the mosfet/relay. when switched on it outputs power to the signal pin on the relay, which allows current through to the power delivery unit.

Melt in the thread-certs. Route the wires through the base and glue in the spade connectors so the connect with the batteries' outer "pins". *Note the beautiful super glue activator stains.

Screw the halves together and if wired correctly, it should work.
