UPGRADED PARTS INCOMING!
I've done my own fair share of testing with this part, and I figured a major redesign might improve it a lot:
- Adding more material to the mounting “ears”, to reduce flex when screwed in
- Reducing the screw-hole length
- Elongating the “frame” to 21.5mm
- Adding support beams from corner to corner to reduce flex even further
- Adding more chamfers for sturdyness

This is a sturdy 1U ventilation panel for your 10 inch rack with some hexagonal holes for extra cooling performance*!
It's designed to have minimum flex while also using little material, so the front of your rack can be supported or even held together with these panels only.
Mounts with regular M6 cage nuts.
