Like the modelname says, print and assemble.
use a regular 120mm pc fan or one with led.
for the regular you will need a 12v powersupply
for the led you will need an additional 5v led power supply or a wled installed esp32.
Products I used:
6pin adapter for 8 channel hub power
Rotary dial can be printed, search for the one you like the most ;-)
