I didn't like the styling of any of the existing lid risers for Bambu Lab printers, so I made my own! My goal was to avoid having to deal with the glass lid to give it ventilation and it's doing its job admirably.
The frame slots together with dovetail joints and once it's assembled and installed with the glass on top it's very solid. Make sure to insert the sliders into the rear frame pieces (the ones with the longer slots for the slider handle) before assembling the frame itself, you won't be able to get them in otherwise.
You'll need one of each frame piece and two sliders. The only places that need support are the long sections of slider handle slot and the places where the dovetails overhang.
I recommend printing this out of a temperature-resistant material like PETG/PCTG or ABS/ASA! I haven't tried with PLA but the printer gets pretty warm and I personally wouldn't trust it to not deform.
You may need to manually fenagle the sliders on the build plate though when slicing. They fit diagonally with the handle sticking up, but only just and auto-arrange can't always figure it out.
The version in the photos didn't have the slots for the lid handle screws yet so I had to take the handle off to get in in flush. It was printed out of black PCTG from 3DJake and lake blue PETG Basic from Bambu Lab (now discontinued sadly).
