Simple tool which slips over the injector, and then you shove the straw from your injector cleaning solution on the other. This is designed to fit over a standard Bosch EV1 or EV6 type injector with ~14mm nominal O-ring size.
Use a hose clamp / jubilee clip on the injector end, leaving the O-ring in position. The end for the straw is tapered slightly to accommodate different sizes. You may want to lubricate the straw to get it securely inserted, and maybe use a piece of heat shrink over it to get an even better seal.
Made this with 75A TPE material which worked well. However I noticed that carb cleaner caused a chemical reaction where the inside became brittle after a few minutes, so this is a sacrificial tool and you may want to print several. You could use a rigid material and then possibly use epoxy to secure the straw if using a flexible filament isn't an option for you.
For TPU / TPE I would suggest 4-5 walls and 15-30% infill so that there is still some flex. May need to experiment depending on your filament and settings. A smaller nozzle size (0.5mm or lower) is best, due to the narrow chimney section for the straw.
Also make sure your Z-seam is well tuned, you don't want a bulge or gaps. The scarf joint seam option usually leaves gaps when I use it for TPU, so that may need tuning.
No supports needed.
