Expected to be used with a 2 wall 0.4mm or a 1 wall 0.8mm nozzle.
Remixed the default bins to print fast, I have to print like 400+ of these guys and lots of bins on here have extra thick walls or labels, huge stacking lids or caps. I was looking for a barebones gridfinity compatible bin set.
I also created a ‘Micro’ set which is scaled to 50% dimensions but keeps the same wall thickness.
I am printing them in PETG ensure your pressure advance is tuned in max overhangs are 45 deg. Nothing special for printing required.
Standard units are stackable, the tiny tabs are used for picking up when the box is smaller or extremely full. The tabs were too small on the micro versions to make them reliably stackable A remix with a thinner full lip would work, but I like the ability to pour without having the full lip.
Possibly will be making a set of ‘flat bottomed’ bins as well with thick fillets on the bottoms for getting things like thin washers and tiny nuts bolts out of bins, can be difficult given the V profile. These were designed to maximize volume at the expense of ease of access.
