Heavy duty wall bracket for shelves.
When properly attached and shelf no longer than 35cm, the bracket can hold up to 100kg.
(I carefully hung onto one of it with my body weight and it held without any problems. The holder can certainly take even more weight.)
It doesn't have to be solid and only weighs 330g.
The following screws are required for mounting a bracket:
To the wall:
1 countersunk head screw Ø6mm / length min 100mm (top)
1 countersunk head screw Ø3.5-4mm / length min 50mm (bottom)
To the shelf:
2 countersunk head screw Ø4mm / length 30-40mm
The original model measures 250x250 and fits a Bambu Lab P&X series. For smaller printers, the bracket can simply be downsized.
I recommend using a heated chamber because it increases the stability of PLA. Alternatively, more perimeters can be used for increased stability.
Printing profile:
PLA
6 perimeters (0,4 nozzle)
5 top and bottom layers
25% infill
no supports
Filament used: GEEETECH Black walnut PLA
