Coilover-Adjustment easy access for BMW G & F-series + Supra (+probably other modern cars with a cover above the dome)

With this model and a 30mm Forstner-Drillbit you won‘t have to disassemble your motor-bay anymore to adjust your KW V2, V3 or all other damper’s with top-adjustment.

No risk of breaking the fragile plastic rivets every time you take of the cover or lose the parts cause you put it aside for adjusting…

I didn’t want to remove the OEM-Covers cause it holds the bigger cover on top… but i wanted easy access to the adjustment so i can play with it on Trackdays :)

Please ensure that you drill as center as possible (like described in the pictures) to give the part the best chance to klick in place and the grove can house the extruded ring on the cover and therefore keep the dome as sealed like the OEM-part. 

Parts can be printed in TPU or TPE… 

I used 100% infill so the top is rigid and 6 perimeters so the edges are tough enough to pull the cover out again and again without damaging it.

btw… i use a 0.8mm nozzle on my Prusa MK3s+… not pretty but gives strong parts in short time :)
