4 Plate prearranged Voron v0.2 printed parts + Slicer profile for orcaslicer

Any feedback on my profiles is welcome.

This will fit on a 225x225mm bed.

The parts are arranged on to 4 big plates, 1 accent and 3 primary, and then LOTS of smaller plates with the “options” (mainboard, hotend etc) The parts for the bed mount are in one of the options because most kits use kirigami now.

Added a slicer profile and arranged the models for a 225x225 bed
