4 inch 90° RV Heater Duct Elbow

RV 4 inch flex hose repair elbow. This was created to address sharp 90° transitions in RV's like the Forest River Salem Cruise Lite that lead to broken/torn heater flex hose.

Under the fridge, a 4 inch flex hose is routed right behind the electrical distribution panel up to a vent just to the right of the panel. This flex hose can tear over time due to such a tight bend radius and not much room to re-rout for better fitment. 

I printed this in PETG and has held up to the heater usage just fine through this last winter. But I imagine ASA or PC will work well too. Will be pulling the electrical box out for a Lithium battery conversion soon. Will grab photo's of the install and upload then. 

I used zip ties as hose clamps, did not come loose.

Orientate the print such that the flat on the backside of elbow is face down and it prints perfectly with no supports needed.
