Ikea Skådis PLATSA cabinet mount

Mounts for mounting a 56x56cm Ikea SKÅDIS pegboard inside an Ikea PLATSA cabinet (55cm deep) on the left or right side of the cabinet.

Two or three mounts are needed per pegboard.

1. Measure and potentially cut away some centimeters from the SKÅDIS board.
2. Print one backplate and one distance (0.2mm layer height, 0.4 or 0.6 nozzle, 4 perimeters, PETG).
3. Insert two M4 heat inserts into the distance, one on each side.
4. Using a short M4 screw, mount the distance into the backplate. Tighten slightly, but still allow it to be moved horizontally.
5. Using the Ikea 146113 screws that comes with various PLATSA accessories, mount the backplate to the Ikea PLATSA. These can be ordered as spare parts using the Ikea spare parts ordering form (varies between countries, but in Sweden these are free of charge).
6. Repeat one or two more times depending on how sturdy you want to mount the Skådis. I used three mounts.
7. Adjust the distances to align with the Skådis pegboard holes for where you want to mount the Skådis. 
8. Remove the backplates and tighten the M4 screws to fix the distance to the backplate.
9. Mount backplates again and screw the Skådis into the distances using a M4 screw. Make sure its not too long.
