Begode Master Pro V3 Tire Spacers

Based on Roger's Begode EX30 tire spacer, I upscale said spacers to fit the Master Pro rim size (17 inches rim). This is meant for Master Pro V3, in order to make the C40 motor more nimble and require less effort to turn. 

What it is: The C40 motor have abnormal width, and stretches the tire mounted to it and ruin the profile of the tire, which makes it flatter and harder to turn with. These spacers fits between the rim and tire sidewall to squeeze the tire inward and give it a pointier profile.

Material: Hard TPU (95A-98A), do not use normal Duramic or Overture TPU, they are too soft. Any cheap brand TPU should do the job, I recommend Priline, Giantarm or Geeeetech. I don't recommend using anything that's not TPU, have seen cases of the spacers breaking inside.

Nozzle: 0.6mm nozzle and bigger.

Print settings: All walls (perimeters), 100% infill, just put 20 walls in your slicer settings. 

Instruction:

• You need 12 pieces total (6 pieces for each side of rim).
• The inside round edge goes into the inside corner of the rim. 
• Lay wheel on its side, deflate tire until near empty, then squeeze each spacer in between tire and rim, make sure all 6 pieces are connected. 
• Once done on one side, inflate tire above 25 PSI, then lift wheel up and flip onto the other side. 
• Repeat installing spacers.

Tips:

• These spacers are meant to work with tires that have stiff sidewall (e.g Michelin tires; Stock V3 tire also works). Tires with softer sidewall have a slightly higher chance of spacers slipping out.
• Make sure tire pressure is above 30, if tire is too soft, it deforms easier and spacers can slip out.
