MKS Monster8 triple fan mount

Allows mounting three 40XX fans (40mm fans of any thickness) to cool stepper drivers, as well as the MCU, on an MKS Monster8 board. The fan mounting holes are designed for heatset inserts, and there are also through holes for zipties and cable management.

What you need

• M3 heatsets (diameter 5, length 4) x12 (for fan mounting)
• 40XX fan x 3 (dual-ball 4010 recommended)
• M3 x12 (for fan mounting, any cap style, you want +2-4mm relative your fan thickness)
• M3x35mm aluminium spacers x4 (for mounting to the board, can stack shorter ones instead)
• M3x8mm x4 (for mounting part to spacers, any cap style)

Dimensional notes

This assumes fans with ~32mm mounting hole spacing, and a fan aperture of ~38mm. The ziptie holes are ~4mm x ~2mm, which should fit most zipties. The through hole for wire management is 10mm in diameter. 

The spacers suggested above are typical: you may need shorter or longer ones depending on clearances.

Uses 3 x 40XX fans instead of one larger one. Also has ziptie holes and a through hole for fan cable management. The source is also provided.
