I found this model on GrabCAD.

It's an awesome model but not 3D printable.

The other cars I did were solid with no interior. The windows were black. I decided to do an interior on this one but I didn't think it would look right without at least a windshield and back window. I experimented with different things and none of them worked, so I decided to buy a vacuum forming machine.
The mold parts are in "Mold_Pieces.zip" if you decide to use them.
This is what I ordered:

I'm not promoting this item, it's just what I used.
Keep in mind that it picks up every little detail. The first attempts didn't work because even though I used putty and sanded the mold pieces, it still showed the layer lines. I had to print them in ABS and then spray it with acetone. Wait for it to dry and sand it. Then spray with acetone and sand again.
I also made parts for paint masking.
You don't have to use them if you are good at painting, but they came in handy for me.
They are all in "Paint_Masks.zip".
You just use some double-sided scotch tape and stick them to the part you want to mask.
Then I had the issue of how to glue it on without the glue showing. I decided to paint the inside of the window frames to match the gluing surface.
I printed the body and almost all the parts at 0.10 layer height.
The following parts need supports everywhere:
Body_Front
Body_Rear
The following parts need supports on base plate:
Door_Left
Door_Right
Windshield_Frame
The rest don't need supports.
The author remixed this model.
Made it 3D printable
