So, I'm hosting a Meetup soon at which we will have a ticket-drawing for some free t-shirts. I was worried about how to handle sizes because we only have two shirts of each size; suppose we gave away all the Mediums and a winning-ticket holder wanted medium size. Oops!
I had an idea to have separate a container for each size that the players to drop their ticket into.
Then, since the purpose of the Meetup is to review and demonstrate a new 3D printer, I got the idea to use a Mason jar to hold the tickets and make nice-looking lids. Drew these up in Sketchup and they came out pretty good and I thought I'd share
Jars look nice on the entry table; at drawing time we just have to pull two tickets out of each jar and nobody goes away disappointed.
My partners really liked the idea and look, so i added generic lid for raffle or drawing for other stuff without sizes.
Printed easily and fits the standard Mason™ jar, as you can see in the pictures.
