Spice Bottle Shaker Cap

My wife recently ordered a set of spice bottles - when they arrived she found that the bottles did not include the shaker caps under the lids that she commonly needs.

Designed these lids using Tinker Cad using a cap from another in her collection that DID have a lid already.

• I printed with clear PETG
• 0.15mm layers
• 0.40mm nozzle
• No supports necessary - each lid printed. in about 13 minutes.

The fit it on the bottles we have are snug and won't fall off during shaking.

My wife explained that she just uses her finger to cover the shaker holes she is not using on the bottles when she is adding spices.  This eliminated the need for me to create a model that had a flip top on the large opening, like some brands include.

Shakers with these caps all fit and work great.

Others needing and printing may want to print a test print before multiples to ensure a good fit.  This size works on all of our bottles.  Other bottle makers may have a little different sizes to deal with.  I think the dimensions of my model will still work with slight adjustments made as needed for other bottle sizes/maker types.  We printed for all 24 bottles we just purchased.

The shaker caps fit under the screw top lids - no need to make new lids!
