Voron V2.4 Hinged Bed Mod Handle Remix

I used stronger struts than in Isik's original design to also support the deck panel and bed fans attached to the bed frame. This required me to screw down the bed when in production as the magnets weren't strong enough anymore with the additional strut strength neccessary to stay open with the added weight. However, when screwed down, I noticed some flex when using tap during QGL. also the screws were slightly pulling the center of the base up as there was no screw in the center holding the handle base down to the frame. 

So, I redesigned the base and the handle to accomplish three things.

1. secure the handle base both at the edges as well as the center of the print to the frame
2. relocated screw-down points further out towards the edges to reduce flex when secured
3. utilize M3x20mm Thumbscrews for tool-free maintenance

• repurposed M3 screw down points to instead attach base to extrusion.
• moved screw down points out further to the edges, reducing flex.
