Mirrored SlideSwipe dock with adjustable top extrusion mount (hex-zero friendly)

After installing the manta ray bed from hex-zero, I noticed that my slideswipe dock that attaches to the y extrusion won't fit anymore. To combat this issue I mirrored the entire assembly to allow mounting it towards the back of the extrusion, where there's plenty of space for it.

It fits perfectly for me, but let me know if you have any issues.

Of course the dock/undock macros will need reworking, as the toolhead now needs to leave the dock towards the front instead of the back.

For bom/instructions check the original model, there's no change in hardware

Basically mirrored all the component to allow the dock to open on the other side
