CR Touch 0 Y Offset with heated inserts

I increased the diameters of the screw hole to enable the insertion of heated inserts. I can't help but overtighten screws so this was badly needed. 

Added a teardrop shape to the vertical holes to allow better overhangs. For the one hole I didn't do it on, it was still fine so I guess that part was overkill.

You will need m2.5 and m3 heated inserts. Two of each. 

I also lowered the CR touch to be closer to the original mount's Z offset.

Uses heated inserts.
