So, the Ozark Trail pop-up canopy tents are pretty popular in Canada, and I've had mine for little more than one year.  This year, I didn't peg it down and the wind flipped it over (upside-down) and this stressed the center hub, breaking one of the pole holding parts of the hub.
REVISION: I have resized the screw holes to work with the original screws, and have added some cylinders inside the center hole to better align the “push-up” handle

I looked on-line for replacements and while some exist, typically the photos are less than impressive and don't clearly show that they are the CORRECT one for MY tent (of course, they couldn't all be the same now, could they?)

So, I used my minimal understanding of designing a part (read: I used parts, negative volumes and such in Prusaslicer) to “build” this.  I can't say it is perfect, but it IS functional - it works.  If I knew more about design (how to round corners, for instance) it could be so much nicer.

Remix away!  I hope someone finds this model useful, and it may even be classed as a “work in progress” should I design to neaten it up a bit. (In case you're not sure, my design was printed in Yellow)

No Commercial Use, without express permission.
