EV Charger retraction holder

EV Charging stands have a cable retraction rope that holds cable taught.

If your car's charging port happens to be on wrong side, or retraction is too set too hard, the retraction rope will pull on the charging port in awkward way.

This remix of the broom holder mechanism can cinch down and hold the rope at preferred tension.

Two versions of the rolling gear - one original and a version without indentation.

Miniturized to use on paracord/rope.

Added a top section to prevent roller falling out due to miniturization
