Mikrotik hEX PoE (RB960PGS) Rack Mount Module

To mount the Mikrotik hEX PoE in my homelab server rack I designed this module for the DAP 2U Rack Mount Panel.

It was a bit difficult to find a good way to mount the device securely so that it wouldn't slide forth or back. I came up with the solution of putting two square nuts into the holes of the wall mount and securing everything with two screws. It's a bit fiddly to get the nuts where they need to be and not to fall into the hEX PoE, but with a small screwdriver or Allen key it's doable.

Printing instructions

I recommend printing this module in PETG or another filament with good layer adhesion. No supports required.

Non-printed parts

• 2x M3x5mm Screws or 6mm and a few washers
• 2x M3 square nuts (hex nuts don't fit into the hEX PoE wall mount holes)
