This design mounts a Beeline 2 GPS beside the speedometer of a Fantic Caballero. It's printed in 3 parts.
The holder fastens to the clamp with an M3 screw and nut, and the clamp fits round the bike's ignition switch, tightened by a 25 mm M4 screw and nut.
The prototype was printed on a Prusa MK4 printer with a 0.6 mm nozzle and 0.32 mm layer height. That make the wings 1.16 thick (given first layer of 0.2) and produces a tight fit.
The wing thickness is critical as there are no detents to lock the GPS in place so it relies on friction.
