Optimized remix of SD-3Ds broom handle bracket.

5 broom handle diameter sizes provided: 23mm, 24mm, 25mm, 28mm and 30mm

Assemble using 4 large wood cutting screws for the base and 4 smaller screws of your liking for the handle.

Made to fit the 20° angled Broom Stabilization Reinforcement Brackets shown below:
 

• Saved ~5% filament and print time by slimming the base
• Enlarged the reinforcement fins
• corrected mesh errors
• added 23mm version
• Give 0.2mm more spacing for the handle in all versions
