Duet PanelDue_5i Display case

Created this case to hold the PanelDue. It is a tight fit and I found that if you install the display at an angle with the SD card side going in first. Then carefully press the display into place. I also included parts for mounting to aluminum extrusion. Just use double-sided tap to attach the display to the mount plate.
