Small shim for using modern brake cable housing with 80s/90s Suntour brake levers designed for oversized, 6mm housing. Only testing with Suntour XC “Multimount” levers, but it should work with similar Suntour products of the time that used Suntour “Hardliner” cables. From what I understand, early Shimano XT levers also used an oversized ferrule, but I've never personally tested them.
Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle at 1.5mm layer height from PLA, but it would benefit from an even smaller nozzle. Place seams along the protruding tab so that it doesn't touch the ID or OD.
Please note that the print shown in photos differs slightly from the model here - it has been modified to make cable installation/removal easier.
