Helinox Cot One Frame Clip

I love my Helinox Cot One Max, but felt it could use a little help keeping its base frame in check when packing it away. This clip should work with the Cot One Convertible, Cot One Convertible L, Cot One Convertible Insulated, Cot One Max Convertible, and Tactical Cot One Convertible. Please let me know in the comments if there are other Helinox cots this clip works for! Print 2 clips for each base frame your Helinox cot utilizes.

Print Settings

This clip should be properly oriented & is designed to be printed without supports. For best results, print using a 0.2mm layer height. I used 40% infill, but you can experiment with other infill densities if you’d like. Depending on where your cot will be used or stored, it may be best to print with a heat-resistant filament such as ABS, ASA, or PETG.

Assembly

One at a time, slide the arm portions off of each base frame & slide one clip over the shock cord & onto the base frame. The portion of the clip that each base frame arm hooks into should be facing up (see photos). To pack away your cot's base frame, simply slide each arm from its respective side & hook it into the clip. If the clips cause any interference with the cot sheet while in use, they can be slid side-to-side to move them out of the way.
