wall plate that helps create a clean opening to feed wires within a wall. works with 0.5-inch drywall or thicker. Use the back plate as a template to trace and cut out the opening in the wall. Feed the back wall plate diagonally and pull tight into the opening. Slide the front plate into the whole, this should seat into the back plate behind the drywall. Use a screw to secure the two halves together and you will be left with a clean opening for feeding wires behind your drywall. This will make a 4-inch by 3.5-inch opening for feeding many wires behind. The total part is similar in size to a normal switch plate cover at 5 inch wide by 4.5 inch tall.
