Sweep LP Travel Case

This is a minimal travel case for the Sweep LP keyboard. The case uses magnets to stay closed and a bolt as the axle. The case has been designed around the Chosfox keycaps with tight tolerances. Some customization may be needed for those using other keycaps.

The magnets are press fit and so far have not come out for me. The axle bolt head is inset into one side of the hinge and there is space for a hexagonal nut to be press fit on the other side. This may need changing depending on what hardware you are using.

Hardware

• 1x 28mm M3 bolt (please look at the model first to see how the bolt is inset. This length is from the top of the bolt head to the end)
• 1x M3 nut
• 4x 6mm diameter, 3mm height magnets

Printing

This should be a standard print on whatever quality you want. Everything was designed in such a way that supports should not be needed. However, I did print with supports for the hinge holes. I am not sure that made much of a difference.
