Ender 6 BTT 4.5 TFT Display adaptor

I needed a better display for klipper as the stock uses the Desuuu fork.

Howver, i did not want to get rid of the original stock display holder or print out a larger variant.

So i drawn up a quick basic adaptor that uses the stock equipment to accomdate the BTT 4.3 screen in the stock display mounting.
