Pot Plant Holder/ Planter

Welcome to: The Pot Plant holder/ planter. This was born of the want to take my new Pot plant, derrick, with me to a 3D design competition I was competing in and wanted the emotional support of an inanimate object. This design handily fits inside a car cupholder allowing you to take your favourite pot plant with you where ever you wish to take them in the safety of a protective shell. The design also uses a nice smoothed hexagon design which is very aesthetically pleasing. A potting insert has also been added to ease fitting of the plant into the holder.

Please note that in order for the top to go on, the plant can not exceed the boundaries of the bottom section so scaling of the files might need to take place to allow for bigger plants to fit inside the container. At the moment, it is a 50mm diameter hole for the plant to be placed in so scale the X and Y of the model accordingly for the space you think your plant will need.
