USB/DC port bracket for 19 inch rack

I needed a mount to hold a remote USB port.  The main mounting hole is sized to also accommodate other round panel mount ports or indicators.  I've included files with several variations such as with or without a flange recess, and with or without a recess to keep the face from sticking out as much.  Two lengths are also included as I shortened it by 0.25" since the retaining nuts on my ports had plenty of clearance.
