Improved VOXEL HULA TPU Spring for decoupling 3d printer vibration

The voxel Hula is a great design and does allow for decoupling of your 3d printer from its table.  However the spring rate of the normal TPU spring is way too high and far too stiff to allow for proper decoupling.  This design provides a lower progressive spring rate and better decoupling.  use 95 TPU for this print.
