I had to fix the thermistor on my Prusa printer and it was a real pain putting the spacers back and one decided to shoot off into space never to be seen again when I was holding it with needle nose pliers. Once I got some replacements I decided to make this little tool to make the job easier in the future.
It's just a small spring loaded tweezer that will hold the small spacer while you put it in place and get a screw started.
