Bookend showcasing 40mm M430A1 HEDP (High Explosive Dual Purpose) Grenade

I designed this bookend showcasing a model of a 40mm M430A1 HEDP (high-explosive dual-purpose) grenade as a farewell gift for a Lieutenant Colonel who just ended his successful term commanding a battalion in the German Armed Forces.

Assembly

• The grenade is printed in 3 parts and then glued together with super glue.
• The bookend is printed in its side for stability.
• The grenade loosely fits the bookend.

• Bambu Lab P1S
• 0.4mm nozzle
• Textured PEI Plate
• 0.20mm Standard @BBL X1C profile
• 3 wall loops
• Honeycomb or Gyroid infill
• Tree (auto) support for the large grenade part

Filament

• Grenade: Elegoo PLA+ black
• Bookend: Bambu Lab PLA White Marble
