After browsing the existing watch straps I decided that I wanted my own chunky watch strap design. After many iterations, I was able to get all the links to print without sticking together and with a good degree of flexibility.
I added an M to the clasp for Mitch and liked the way the magnet shines through under the plastic. Note the plastic sticks up a little after adding the magnet so you could remove this if required and just have it smooth or your own design.

Notes:
I'm just a newby so I used the Flashforge default settings apart from Infill 100% which made it feel a little better and print cleaner.
Post-PrintingJust a little sanding, since I adjusted the model along the way to make sure there were plenty of rounded corners.
I tried various methods but I really wanted a magnetic clasp. My first attempt just had two magnets facing each other but I soon discovered I needed more than that otherwise it would keep falling off my wrist, so I changed it so there is a physical and magnetic hold which works great.
Sorry it's sized to fit my wrist, it should scale up a little, not sure how well it would go smaller, since I had problems with the links fusing together.
I bought a pack of 10 magnets from here: (you only need two)

N50 15mm x 6mm x 3mm
I bought 10pcs Watch Strap Quick Release Spring Bars Pins diameter 1.5/22mm from here:

The magnets just slide in tightly with a little persuasion, so do the spring bars, which attach really easily to the watch (as long as there are no extra bits of plastic stopping the spring mechanism moving).
