This model was fun to design based on my sons full size board, however it was frustrating to print (see the fails picture).
I recently bought a PEI sheet for my build surface and it was until I recorded a failure that I spotted the problem. The model is quite tall and thin, so once it reaches a certain height there is quite a lot of leverage from slight movements of the print head. I spotted that the PEI sheet would bend once the print got to a certain height.
Putting my original print surface back fixed the tipping problem, however it seems I hadn't recalibrated very well as there were some minor steps in the last print. I had also used a raft to help hold it in place, however this stuck to the print and I can't remove it without damaging the print.
Anyway, the wheels spin separately from the case, I'm sure it will be an easy print for some of you.
Of course I didn't think to search Thingiverse first, but there are other models out. I didn't see a print in place with spinning wheels though.
