I needed a way to mount my Unifi servers vertically and stacked, so I desinged this. They should work with just about any 1U server, as long as you have the correct ears. Printed with EcoTough PLA and after 1yr of service they are still holding strong without any signs of drooping.

Print Settings

Printer:

SecKit SK-GO

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

**Supports:**

No

Resolution:

0.2

**Infill:**

100

Filament: Fillaments.ca EcoTough PLA Black

Notes:

Orientation

Because this is a stressed part, getting it oriented properly so the layer lines are in the right direction is important: the large flat side should be flat against the bed. Not only will this ensure you get a good, strong print, but with less overall layers it'll be faster to print this way as well.

Walls

I printed this with 100% infill becase it's relatively thin, after 2-3 walls it was quicker to print with 100% infill.
