Wheel for Husqvarna Automower 305

A spare wheel for the Husqvarna Automower 305. Since the originals are too expensive I have drawn this replacement. I hope that it is durable and also copes well with slopes. But that will show over time.
Rim and profile are screwed, therefore you can change the profile at will should it be too worn at some point

Printing:
It is best to print the profile with many edge layers. I think that 100% infill would be too exaggerated, but with 5-6 edge layers you should be able to drive quite long carefree through the world.

I printed with 15% infill and 0,15mm layer height.

You need 6 screws + nuts: M4x20

You just need support for the middle of the rim. All the other parts are perfectly fine without any support.

Mount the profile to the rim with the screws. There are pockets for the nuts so just push them in deep enough.

Glue the logo to the cover and voilá, its done
