The HPI Venture has very limited aftermarket options and a nonstandard transmission / t-case configuration. As such there's no way to change the Overdrive/underdrive ratio of the truck.
This Adapter plate will let you use the ali/amazon knock off of the Team Garage Hack TGH Creeper-T transfer case (it might be a direct fit as well, but I can't test as I don't have one - if someone wants to measure let me know!)
