Ryobi RBS904 bandsaw cuting insert replacement

I looked around to see if anyone's made a part before making one myself. This one looked pretty nice and it's just lovely that it even had sources. Unfortunately OpenSCAD still doesn't do chamfers, so I decided to just import the part into FreeCAD and make some changes.

Modifications may be because of differences in the saws or printers or taste. I don't claim this is universally a better version or anything, just my version.

• The insert hits a steel part below the table
  • Added a recess
• The insert is proud of the table (factory insert is very recessed)
  • CAD says 3.5 mm, 3.6 mm measured, old insert is 2.6 mm(!)
  • It's hard to measure the recess, but I decided on 3.2 mm (1/8"?)
  • Decided on 3.0 mm height to make sure work doesn't rock on the insert
• The slot rubs on the blade on the left (screw) side
  • Made the slot wider
  • Wider slot and thinner insert will tilt some, but not full 45 degrees
• Chamfered some of the edges

This is probably still not ideal, but it works for me. Published a remix STL in case someone else can use it or use these notes for feedback/ideas.
